Why should I obtain an M endorsement on my license?

Obtaining an M endorsement on your driver’s license allows you to legally operate a motorcycle on public roads. It is a legal requirement in most jurisdictions. The process of obtaining an M endorsement typically involves passing a written test on motorcycle-specific traffic laws and safety information, as well as passing a skills test on a motorcycle. The skills test is designed to assess your ability to safely operate a motorcycle in a variety of situations, such as making turns, braking, and navigating through traffic. By obtaining an M endorsement, you demonstrate that you have the knowledge and skills to safely operate a motorcycle and are legally able to do so. Additionally, it is important to note that some insurance companies may require a rider to have an M endorsement to be covered under motorcycle policies.

By taking, AND PASSING, Total Rider’s BRC or BRC2 course all you have to do is show the MSB-8 certificate we provide you with to the DMV and your M endorsement will be issued.
